David De los Ríos Juárez

Born and raised in Aguascalientes Mexico, David has been living in Puerto Vallarta
for more than four and half years, since he was young he knew that his passion was
focused in architecture, after finishing his architectural studies at Universidad
Autonoma de Aguascalientes David worked for several projects, gaining great experience
working for large developments and investment programs, in 2015 the Architectural
company where David was working earned the first place award in “Obras Cemex Comercial
y Usos Mixtos”, this project was a façade and areas restyling of the Contintental
Tyres Corporate offices in Guadalajara Mexico.
With a background of more than 10 years in different architectural jobs and working as
a project manager, in 2017 David decided to work in a new venture, he designed and launched
more than three real-estate investment projects for residential and hotel developments and
he traveled to Switzerland to present them to potential investors. At this point David knew
that his career path was going to have a spin focusing his efforts and practice into
real-estate sales.
With a skilled eye to discover unique real-estate opportunities in town and with a great
knowledge in different type of properties, lots and condominiums together with a well
understanding of the market in Puerto Vallarta, David is a great asset for The Agency,
always willing to share his knowledge with clients, investors and owners, offering them
the best options according their needs.
David is an art lover, he also worked for a local art gallery in Puerto Vallarta and he
exposed some of his artwork at the same gallery, some of these pieces where donated to
SETAC Puerto Vallarta.
